Threat Assessment Teams meet monthly to discuss ways to increase the schools positive climate to reduce violence

Trauma informed practices
Health Wellness Counselors are available also using the Ripple Effects Lesson at each Middle and High School

Student-led initiatives
Clubs and organizations hold meeting and activities center around Character Ed

Character education
Character Counts Education at all Schools

Restorative practices Tier 1 approaches
Caring Communities Curriculum and Ripple Effects is being used for tier 2-3
